These terms govern your use of the Gyroid app and this website, provided by Handler Labs LLC ("we", "us"). By using Gyroid, you agree to them.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Gyroid on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the Apple Media Services Terms and the App Store's standard EULA.

Subscriptions and purchases

Gyroid offers a free tier, an auto-renewing Premium subscription (monthly or annual, with a free trial where shown), and a one-time Lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings; payment is charged to your Apple ID. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase. Prices are shown in the App Store in your local currency.

Estimates are guidance, not guarantees

Gyroid's cost, filament, and maintenance figures are estimates based on the values you enter and typical material data. Filament density, machine wear, and electricity vary, and maintenance intervals are conservative defaults you can adjust. Use them as a guide, not a guarantee. You are responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of your equipment.

No warranty; limitation of liability

Gyroid is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on the app's estimates or from failed prints or equipment.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app — including reverse-engineering it except where permitted by law, or using it to break the law.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
